These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Subscription and Billing

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions for premium content or features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time via your Apple ID account settings.
No refunds are provided for unused portions of any subscription term.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App or any part of its content.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, if applicable.

4. Content and Services

All audio content provided through the App is for personal relaxation and wellness use only. We reserve the right to change, update, or remove features without notice.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms or misuse of services.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the App will meet your needs or be free from errors or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.
